Fee Update Processing
The Fee Update Processing module has been developed to facilitate the processing of increases in Fees for both Self Care and Residential Care Facilities.

- A single web page to access everything (i.e., processing and configuration).
- The ability to create different cycles to cater for the grouping of increases by date and type.
- The ability to run process for different cycles concurrently.
- Full audit trails of rates entered and amended and steps in the process taken.
- A summary, by Facility, of current residents, excluded residents, rates created, rates updated, letters mailed and emailed.
- Validation of rates prior to generating letters.
- The ability to maintain different letter templates and assign these templates to Facilities.
- Maintenance of the text, title, signature, logo, etc… for each letter template.
- Automatic Emailing of letters to Clients (i.e. clients who have email addresses)
- Archiving of letters and emails (for retrieval after the fact)
- Maintenance of Facilities, Billing Schedules, Pension Rates, Letter Templates, Excluded Clients and Affordable Housing Clients
- The ability to assign special rates to individual clients or exclude them (subject to entering a comment /reason).
- Updating Epicor with master rates (for Billing Schedules).
- Updating Epicor with Client Accommodation rates.
- The ability to cancel a process and remove the master rates inserted into Epicor.
